Thanks to all who are concerned. Fortunately we are still very much for being together despite our wonderful government's lack of effectiveness.

Glad to hear that RES...

Got some news myself... Congressman Cruz's office told me that my file "is in the hands of the adjudicator".... if I don't hear something in 30 - 60 days, give them a call again...

I absolutely laughed at the person from the office.. .The person went on to tell me that we are "so very close" to being finalized, she didn't see what was funny. I told her that I've heard that exact line before and waited two months only to get another RFE..which we've waited an additional two and a half months to get an answer on.. .She said that shouldn't happen this time... Either she's a liar or she drank the kool aid....

I'm still keeping fingers crossed... I cannot believe what a headache this has been for you.

I have an update... I now truely believe I am blessed with bad luck.. I have worked so hard to get to the interview at the embassy only to be thrown a snowball in my face. My fiance for what ever reason has called it quits. She refuses to tell me why stating that she has many problems. She says that she does not want to hurt me more than she has.I am more hurt from her not telling me because I feel like she is hiding something but inam now lost with all of this and I give up on relationships this has been to much for me.

I am really sorry to hear this Res. This process is definitely strenious and not easy to handle, especially while being apart. I do not want to speculate here, but maybe your fiancée has found something out that would hurt her during the interview?! I really don't know what to say, but I understand how hurt you must be after going through all of that. Stay strong, and don't give up on relationships!!

Oh, the "smart" people at the NBC have probably just forgotten to scan the barcode. I had the same problem with my EAD and AP until the day they got approved (they basically jumped from "Case not found" to "Card Production" that day). I did get my NOAs and my Biometrics appointment, so I am not really worried.
