Update.... NOTHING for us.....

Congressional Inquiry:... NOTHING "Its being handled by an officer" essentially it will be done when its done, and "call back after 60 days if I don't hear something"

Tier 2: I was told to wait 60 days AFTER the response to the service request date which was Dec 6th... about 45 days MORE than the 60 days after RFE response receipt...

words cannot explain my feeling regarding this heartless organization.

I understand what you're going through... there is no reliable standard, timeframe or response. Lengthy delays without valid justification shouldn't be possible and there should be proper timeframes.

I am very sorry to hear this is still not resolved for you. (F)

My fiance is having a breakdown these last couple of days from all of the stress from this and she said she cant handle much more. I told her I would come see her for a week and she does not know if she could handle seeing me for such a short time then let me go again. It will be so heartbreaking is she gives up now and the approval comes right after. This is just crazy to loose someone you love over the waiting of a fiance visa. :crying:

I have been trying to reassure her but it seems like she is slowly slipping away. She is telling me that her heart and her mind are now in conflict and she is very confused. I have sent flowers and tried to comfort her but she is barely speaking with me at the moment. :crying::crying::crying:

I told her i would make an emergency trip to see her for seven days and she said that she could not bare to only have me for such a short time only to let me go again.

Go! She is just upset and confused by the distance. Don't ask...just go. It's the rest of your life you are dealing with and you can't give up now. Not after all you have been through. Once she is with you, all things will change. :)
