Hey Marchies, I passed the interview :) Visa will be done tomorrow or the day after, thats when I can pick up my passport.

I wasnt too happy about the interview. I felt the consul just overlooked the papers and then asked me questions that are just plain silly at this state in the process, like- How many square meters did the apartmant have where you last lived with your fiance?

I didnt feel like it was as simple as other Croatians interview with just question like- how and where u met, when is the wedding and thats it.

We had more then enough solid, primary evidence. It was tiresome and Im happy it is over.

Wishing all the others Marchies who are still waiting so much needed good luck :)

Congratulations! What bizarre questions you were asked! I'm not sure if I could answer questions like that! LOL

Honestly, I think he had an issue with me being white and my fiance being black. Cause I really dont see no reasons for questions like that or some others that he asked me.

Im more of a business woman type, my finace is ex military, now deputy, so its not like he is 50 cent and Im some video hoe.. I worked with people for a long time to know when somebody is asking me questions cause they have to and cause they want to nag me.

Im just so glad it is over.. so glad. And I really hope AOS is going to be easier.

Congrats everyone on the good news, I just recieved another email today stating that my file is being transferred to USCIS now. So far now my file has gone from USCIS to ICE to my local immigration office and now back to USCIS. I hope that my petition will be approved shortly this is driving me nuts after waiting nearly ten months when everyone is already approved and finished here.
