Everything will be fine! Do you have everything together, so you can send off the forms as soon as you have the Packet 3? And do you have the documents ready for the interview? We lost three weeks because USPS supposedly lost my fiancé's Affidavit of Support docs, so he had to re-send everything via DHL Express. So yeah, have everything ready, and you shall be approved soon! :)

Yes, everything's ready on my desk since last week... now another waiting game :/ I just came back from my medical though. I'm exhausted, left at 4 am... Goodnight :)

Hi Islandgal, yes I've called a number of times... They only tell me that I'm "inside the 2 month window for response to an RFE" ... nothing more.... I have till Dec 19 before I can call in the dogs....

Last week I went for an infopass meeting in Irving.... she literally looked dumbfounded that I was there.... She told me the same thing that everyone else has told me... and that I need to be patient and that it can take up to a year... grrrrrrr...:bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

Sigh.... It has to be soon. Keep being strong.

Hey everyone sorry ive been gone for a while as i have been very busy. I just.recieved an email today stating that my visa petition has been transferred from ice to my local office. While i feel this is good news can anyone confirm this thanks.

With my fiance for the past few days... We went to her first baseball game (local team in Nicaragua) last night... We are trying to do things to take our minds off the interview tomorrow. We will review the paper work today and then do something fun ... I am hoping for the best for everyone :dance::thumbs:
