Anybody have their wedding plans figured out at this stage? It's hard to plan, I know. We're thinking a beach ceremony in Key West... Hopefully. Too cold up here on January for an outdoor one.

We have interview on 11/20 and we are hoping for the best as we have no real indication of something possibly going bad. We hope for the best but always gotta be safe. Im paying insurance on just about any plan im doing. Hopefully she arrives late November.

I got a small reception hall booked for 12/21 which is our wedding date and we are planning to spend a week in Miami and surroundings after that.

Im very surprised with Moscow and how fast theyre operating.

yayy got our RFE letter in today, it states all we need to send in are updated passport photos of both of us. Has anyone ever taken a photo of themselves or should we just suck it up and have him mail the photos to me which could take over a week to get here! =(

Also, is it possible for them to go back and review it and send another RFE after they take another look at our file? The reason I ask is because I had forgotten to put a letter in the orginal packet stating that we intended to get married oooopppsss. And I am curious if I could put in the RFE packet I send out, or should I just wait and see?? I don't want to get in trouble for sending additional information that is not stated in the RFE letter. Help please!!

You only get one RFE

Just go to walgreesns, you have guaranteed pictures for less than 10 bux and you dont have to worry in less than 5 minutes.

If you want to include the letter, it wouldnt hurt to include this time.

i don't know about that... i've seen people getting two, even one couple 3 (!!!) RFEs!!!

so, maybe go ahead and call USCIS to ask, whether you can include the letters, since you noticed they're missing. guess it won't hurt...

Take a photo downtown and ask a photographer to burn it on a CD, and then have him send it to you and you'll print it in the US. And yea.. I would call the USCIC and ask if you can send the letter. I think it's an important part of the package.

Dont worry, i dont think that happens too often! You noticed you didnt include those letters now, so just include them and u will be fine! I dont know what those other rfes were about - maybe those people had messed up sending in their Rfe response... So, dont worry! Most people get approved about 2-3 weeks after they reply to their Rfe. Sorry, didnt want to scare you....
