Even if you send it trough regular mail, recommended, it will come to Croatia for example, in 10 days max. Macedonia should be in the same time frame. Thanks for the info on USPS, we will consider that too.

Our wedding is going to be just us, best maid/man and their respected others and his parents. My family cant come due to visa, so we will just do a nice dinner for my family and our friends here in Croatia, sometimes next year.

For the wedding Im thinking about our backyard, tea type of party with the ceremony at the same place, everything vintage and dreamy like, with a lot of pastel and a gorgeous dessert table.

I just dont like other options around Shreveport for a small wedding. There are some lovely locations but for a bigger party. With just 10 people max, I would much rather invest more money in decoration, food and photography then on a location that Im not totally sold on.

We had a productive week for planning whilst we were together in America. We booked a chapel and the reception which is this really cute guest house in bella vista arkansas with a dining room and outdoor deck area. We have chosen our caterers and colour scheme so now i can start doing the invites for our day april 25th 2013. My immediate family are flying over from england and with my fiances family we will have 25-30 people. It really changes things finally having noa2 and we can really look forward to it now.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

I got an update about my case, I have hired a lawyer to inquire about ICE holding my file. She is going to very nicely find out about the status as to why they wont release it and try to work with them which should only take a few weeks. If that does not work then she will file a mandumus action which will force ICE in front of a judge and explain why they are holding my file. This will be last resort because most times they will deny the petition because it pisses them off. I hope this gets the ball rolling again.

Anybody have their wedding plans figured out at this stage? It's hard to plan, I know. We're thinking a beach ceremony in Key West... Hopefully. Too cold up here on January for an outdoor one.

Beach ceremony as well somewhere in Florida or Hawaii. Vegas was my initial thought, but we decided against that location.. I'm just taking things one step at a time... We'll do more detail after interview...
