Hi guys,

February filer here, just jumping in on your thread!

I have a list of February numbers that I'm checking going from Feb 3 - Feb 21. And the numbers go fromEACxxxx3400xx to EACxxxx4657xx so for one month, there's probably over 100,000 petitions that you need to go through. I haven't even found all of the Feb ones, because I started to skip around various numbers 'til I found some I129F's

I cant figure it out how it gos more less.. For example, mine ends with xxx1159 i went down all the way down to xxx9900

I discovered in that big list only 6 129 petitions. 6! And the strange part is that that xx9900 is a petition filed 5 days after me, so that leaves me more confused.

Majority are 130s in that block and are touched atleast starting 30 numbers below mine.

Theres a looooot of petitions in there, not just k1 visas. I think we are the small number of the petitions, therefore probably not the priority.

I agree with you. 130's appear to be much quicker, and K1's are at the bottom of the list. So we really can't go by the numbers.

Hey Guys!

I just wanted to check back in with everyone. I got a notice on 7/30 from the NVC that our information was shipped off to the embassy in London, and he got the packet 3 in the mail today (8/1)! I know you VSC folks are still waiting patiently, but I hope this encourages you that things do seem to speed up like mad once the NOA2 comes in... at least for those going to the embassy in London!

Keep the faith, everyone!

Now if you will excuse me I need to scramble to get some things together since I wasn't ready for such a quick turnaround.

Does it say 'Touched' next to that date? When you click on your account number, what does it say? "Initial Review" still?

Will do! We are trying to get all the paperwork we need in as soon as possible, so there is as little lag time as possible from us. If this is any indication though, they might be pretty speedy!
