Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Sep18 - Finally.. NOA2!!!
Oct11 & 12 - SLEC medical exam - PASSED!
Oct24 - USEM Manila interview - PASSED! Thanks God..

Most of you will be done soon with this approval process but me on the other hand, I have to now fight with ICE to get my file released. I was told about looking into the mandamus action which will force ICE in front of judge and explain why they are holding my file.

Hey all, hope everyone is doing well and the approvals are still rolling in. Has Res been approved yet? My computer is totally messed up so I haven't hardly been online. It's actually in the hands of Best Buy right now. In the meantime I'm on this junker which I just dusted off and got hooked up. Not great, but I guess it works.

No my case has taken a turn for the worse. My file has been frozen by ice with no explanation.

Peeps I need ASAP help. My fiancée paid the fees for the interview yesterday, today she has made it to te schedule a date part but It never asked her for the MOS number. Did she do something wrong or it is not required at any point? Please help we are on it right now.
