04/10/2012: I-129F NOA2 (Approved) after 203 days of waiting !!

i have no idea! but i actually found quite a few sites like that one.. some of them in german, though. it is definitely not a rip off, though, one of my friends has ordered a dress there and she got it in time and it looked good, good quality and everything. it even fit her! she just ended up not liking it and selling it, because she thought it would make her look fat... ;)

i think that's the only problem with those sites, really, is that you can't return the dresses, because they are tailored uniquely to fit YOU. so if you end up not liking it, you have to get rid of that dress and also still try to make some money of it...

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Well, our RFE was entirely my fault... :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: I included my fiance's divorce papers but no translation accompanying it...

I will have a translation completed by morning and overnighted back to Vermont....for (according to USCIS) a minimum two week turnaround

Thanks. I wish everybody good luck. Our government is supposed to work for law abiding citizens, not against them. We should not have to wait for months for these beraucrates to decide when we can be with our loved ones.
