To all people who got RFEs, There is no consistency. I saw some approved at 7,10,12,14 and in my case 18.

So dont get discouraged, but, dont expect anything cus that was happening to me. I saw someone send their packet same day as me and got approved last friday and i was hoping the same and nothing.

Its safe to say its around the 2 wk mark though.

My fiance send to me some papers for I-134 form. We need the tax transcripts ? they send to me a lot of papers and im confused lol

I have 1040 form and w2s and schedule A and E

This is what we need ?

14/03/2012: I-129F NOA1 (Receipt)

04/10/2012: I-129F NOA2 (Approved) after 203 days of waiting !!

09/10/2012: Package Received By NVC

How do find doctors who are approved to give the medical exams? For the Embassy?

On my embassy's website there is a pdf about the medical examination. And at the bottom they give you names of the doctors and labs that they accept. In Poland 3 cities, 5 doctors.

Read the instructions for the I-134. They ask for different types of evidence depending on whether you're claiming income or assets, and whether you're self-employed or not. If you're not self-employed, you can send a letter from your employer (read the instructions for specifics).
