Request for Evidence

On October 11, 2012, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires

im so sad.. after how many months, i just do not know what to do next, im not my self any more

Question.... For those of us who haven't received our NOA2's, do you know if you've been "touched" recently? I have not... Last touch was 3/19....

Your mushroom looks so sad, but in a cute sorta way... And, I am under the impression that they don't touch your case until they are fixing to approve it. I was told it takes approximately 15 minutes to approve a case from the moment they open it (assuming there is no complicated whatnots going on with it) so... when they touch it again it will likely be to approve the case.

Yes that's what I'm thinking. If there aren't any problems, I'm expecting a fifteen minute window of "touched".

Hugs anita, I feel you. Felt the same when I got my RFE. After a while, you just shrug and just continue waiting!

Before I received my RFE I was touched June 29 2012... they should have told me then I need more evidence :bonk:
