What do you think your fiance loves most about America (aside from you of course!).

He stated "Our justice system and less corrupt government". He named off about 10 other things along this line but I couldn't keep up!!! :) I am pretty sure after he gets there his answer will be "Starbucks!!"

I tell my fiancee America embodies the very best and the worst of the world. Fortunately the balance is favored to the best. Hard work does pay off, life will be what we make it. Opportunity is available but the price is high.

I know this feeling , it's very hard to deal with this , plz be positive and don't think about rfe , Im sure u will be approved as soon as possible .

Try to call them and put a service request , it will be helpful

Thanks I intend to as soon as I get to America for my visit next week. My fiance isn't sure of the process for calling so I will research who he needs to call and what options to press to get to a Tier 2 so we can call together next week. It sucks that USCIS won't talk to the Beneiciary because I am the organised and pushy one who will demand answers whereas my fiance is really laid back lol! Thanks for your response, I am trying to stay positive.

Good question. Good morning friends. It's about time VSC kicked some booty. CSC can rest for a few months, but only after they approve res4688.

Answer: I think the economic opportunities and just the variety and way of life in America. He has traveled to a few places before (Europe, Africa and the States), but he loved America and everything about it (including me). He appreciates the way technology has a big part in our lives. The other day when I visited him, we were chatting and I told him that I hadn't been to a bank in a very long time. That's because I have direct deposit and pay all my bills online and use my debit card for many things. In Jamaica, people still visit the bank to cash their paper pay check...they go to the bank to withdraw funds and do transactions. They still go to brick and mortar facilities to pay bills for simple things like cable, electricity, etc... So you can see why one would love America's way of life... He also loves the convenience and easy access to everything (restaurants, pizza  , stores, movies, etc..). I love the country of my birth, but I'm just saying...

Thanks i need all the help i can get ;)

For those of you who have tried to call USCIS a question for you. I just called and spoke with Tier 2 person and she said that my case was still pending........still within normal processing times.........but when I asked if it was lost or if they had it she said they had it because it was in processing. Then she told me I should be hearing a decision soon.

Is this a standard response that everyone else is getting? Does this mean they are actively working on my case? Sorry - just going crazy waiting along with everyone else.

Thanks for any info or answers to above confusion/question!

Unfortunately this is very typical. It's what happened to us Marchies. VSC started ripping through March, then there was a huge pause, then the jumped on to April, leaving us behind. Looks like they might be doing the same to you. We've a few STILL waiting... I hope we don't see May approvals....
