Congratulations to the March filers who got their NOA2s already!!

This process is rough especially for those of us who are separated from our loved ones. I received my NOA1 March 13 and am at CSC.... I guess I should be grateful for this. Hoping to post some good news soon & get this thing going!

hi!! im from Ecuador too!!!... tal vez deberiamos intercambiar emails para mantenarnos al tanto de entrevistas, papeles, noa2 entre otras cosas d la k1 mi fila fue hecha in 8 march im waiting for the noa2

Csc approved an april filer? And vsc is still on jan! I just want to know at what point do they decide to make it remotely fair And send the jan/feb files to csc! Hows CSC going be like 3 months ahead of VSC and it seems like they arent trying to do anything or much to bridge the gap

Totally ridiculous - I am a February filer with NOA1 on 2/8 and still waiting. That means March filers have at least one month more to go - crazy

Well, there really isn't anything we can do but wait. I myself am very frustrated, but we need to rein it in and help each other keep going day by day...

USCIS updated their current processing times today for I-129F applications out of Vermont and it still states 5 months. Makes no sense to me but hopefully it is a sign that things will soon speed up!

Ive been keeping up with the Jan people and it seems like most are starting to get approved right before the 6 months. Hopefully it starts to pick up for all of us.

Got mine yesterday, July 19th! I'm very happy but was worried about the process as well. It is not fair how others get bypassed or have to wait for an extensive period because of a Service Center. I hope my fellow VJ-ers from VSC and CSC all get their news soon.

I receive my noaq in march 8, and i dont recieve mi noa2 yet... :( u are lucky! U send papers to vsc?

No, ours was sent to CSC, which was much slower than VSC until about 1 1/2 month ago. I can't imagine how frustrating it may be at this point to wait while others are getting approved. I stopped checking VJ last week because I was getting way too nervous.

Hello everyone, I am a newbie (with a NOA1 date of 3/12/2012). Can anyone tell me how to find out if their case has been "touched"? I see several people stating this and i was curious how they found out. I never received a hard mail copy of my NOA1, but when i called USCIS, they gave me a receipt number over the phone. It's a bit scary not to have received a physical hard copy however. Thank you.

3/09/2012 ..... Mailed I-129F to Dallas Lockbox

3/12/2012 ..... Received NOA1 by calling USCIS

3/16/2012 ..... USCIS deposited my check

8/13/2012 ..... NOA 2 approved!!!

8/17/2012 ..... Received case # from NVC

8/21/2012 ..... NVC sent packet to Embassy

8/30/2012 ..... Embassy received packet and sent verification email

9/20/2012 ..... K-1 Visa approved at U.S. Embassy
