My File was touched and I have an RFE :help:

One one side, it sucks to receive an RFE, but on the other side, its gonna take 3-4 days to receive, depends what it is, you can send back quick and possibly have an approval within 2 wks on an average.

So look at is a speed bump. I think its better than not knowing whats going on at this point.

I glad you said something because I'm sitting here counting like... How's her count at less days than my count when I applied a day behind her? I didn't have a fancy computer tool.... I used my calendar to count.

EdwardClement, if you look at Igors list, it seems as if RFE's can be issued and NOA2's sent as soon as 2 weeks after the RFE. I'm sure it depends on how long it takes for you to respond. Hoping for the best for you and yours.

Im really worried about an RFE because if they want more proof I dont have it. I gave them everything I have. Jayson and I only had one photo taken together because we were not allowed to date while I worked there. So we were careful not to seem too close to one another. So I sent them the one photo of us together. I sent them my bus and plane passes. My passport front to back. If they ask for anything else, I won't have it to give.
