Happened to me also. Did you send a full copy of your passport? My lawyer just told me to send the first page with picture. The process requires to have seen each other in the last 2 yrs atleast once. So with that said, if you didnt submit a full copy of passport, they cant tie it to your pictures.

Thats what happened to me.

Hi Miguel and Kaaha

Nope, I did not submit a single piece of photographic evidence. I am so angry with the lawyer, but at this stage, I dont dare to risk anything by firing her. I mean how can she not know?

She also told me I could not file the i129f while I was in the USA, as a result, I was delayed by 1 month, I could have been an early feb filer. So angry about that.

After she got the money, she was slow in return emails, didnt answer questions I asked properly and in general being super incompetent. I had to keep calling USCIS on my own after the 5 and 6 month mark. I told her about VJ and Igor's list and she totally just disregarded this website by saying that these people do not know anything!!!!!!!! We are real people dealing with real issues and have first hand knowledge of the problem and situation. I was very put off by her nonchalent and dismissive attitude, but I just had to eat humble pie.

I am firing her, the moment I get my NOA2, what a horrible experience. Am going to give her a horrible horrible review on YELP!

Let us know what they tell you. This community is here to help out. You need pictures with handwritten dates on them and a complete copy of passport. Be sure your passport POE matches with the dates you claim you met along with itineraries from flight or hotel.

I guess we were lucky then. We did not submit a copy of any of our passports. Only pictures with handwritten dates, as well as e-tickets (no boarding passes) from the times we flew between Norway and the US over the past two years.

Guess I'll be getting a RFE then because I proved my meeting in past 2 years with complete passport copy, rental car receipt and boarding pass. I completely forgot to include photos of us together in the package (except for the passport sized photos).

Even though I honestly believe it's who adjudicates your file and if they feel okay with the evidence submitted.

I just sent a letter to my senator, showing how they are lying to my congresswoman, and screenshots. Doubt it will help, but having absolutely no movement on my stack for a week is making me furious. Outrageous they are approving April when we sit here being lied to.

My adjudicator is dead, that's the only explanation for the stand still lol. I agree, it's the person's mood and that sucks!

I hope you get some response from your senator's office. I'm thinking of writing them too, but they seem to take some time before they even decide whether to put an inquiry in or not. The person I spoke to on the phone said they have to review the letter I fax in before they decide. :crying: If it's just a plain inquiry anyway, I doubt it's going to do anything except be told that they're processing Feb. 27th.

Tigerflower, aren't you in NC? Isn't NC a battleground state? Why don't you try to contact the local Obama for America top person there to get some word out about this? I'm running out of ideas on who to contact next. :help:

From what i see its a hit or miss. It depends who opens your file that day and how he is feeling. I had enough evidence in that package. But perhaps it wasnt in a format he wanted and i was missing those extra passport pages. Who knows. I learned my lesson.

Aren't you annoyed with your lawyer? I am going to fire her. seriously!

Well... The truth is that he is a personal friend also, and i prepared with him over nice steaks and a couple bottles of wine

Yes im bothered but what can I do.

I paid way too much for shitty service in NYC. :( The tier 2 immigration officer lied again, but telling me they will respond in 30 days, take that number and multiply it by 2 or 3 times!
