If not for VJ and similar stories I would be even more confused, but with so many people getting RFE's for things they have already sent, a few others that never received an NOA1 and worse, at least I know its not just us. Now just give us that NOA2 !! :ranting:

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Thx guy for ur answers i think i might send my response next week i dont have too much time to get all the info quickly because of my baby girl but i really wish that my bf, my baby and i can be together as a family soon ill do my best to get everything together asap!! this journey is difficult but i have faith!! It's always checking something... now my fiance checks mail every day... after that we'll be checking the USCIS website again for the RFE response.. ehhh... :bonk:

10-15-2012 - status changed to "RFE review"
