Guys i got my RFE asking me 4 more evidence...

i just sent pictures of us together without date and place(they want date & place) and now they are asking me for copies of travel documents like stamped passports, hotel accomodation, tickets, of course pictures w/ d & p, affidavits of family and friends, my own statement of meetings, letters of us reffering to our meetings!!

1. i travel just for an hour to be in mexico i dont need to stamp my passport

2. when i go we dont buy tickets for nothing its a small city where me and him have our family so now that i have my baby we dont need to stay in a hotel because we stay at his parents we go once a week me and my 4 month baby girl

3. we talk over radio we have direct connect with nextel so we dont write about our meeting we talk about it over the phone

what can i do??

heeeeeeelp!!

and what is about the blue cover sheet?? is it the paper that i got with my rfe???

Are you sure any one of you don't have any passeport stamps or boarding pass ? coz they prove that you made the trip.

Think about some receipts of other expenses in Mexico

Hard evidence would be photos of the two of you together with any supporting documents that can show time and place. Make sure you write your names, date, and location on the back of every photo and write some explanations about conditions in the pic.

Do not believe anything USCIS tells you. They don't want you to call and pester them. I'm sorry you have to wait so long. It's the luck of the draw.

As we all can see now the average wait time for NOA2 is 200 + days at VSC. If you're lucky you might get it around 180 or 190 days.

Only the lucky ones get that... VJ needs to update that estimate in the graph, and Igor's List is completely out of sync. Of course, it's because VSC does not go in any logical order whatsoever. :bonk:

Vroum's got a list of those that have checked in and are waiting for the NoA2. I am at 206 days and no NoA2... there are others who haven't received a NoA2 at 200+ days as well. Some have approvals and RFE's they are waiting on.
