Congrats!!!!

We are still waiting. Next you need to wait until your service center (Either Vermont or California) send your approved petition to NVC, then wait for NVC to assign case numbers and after that forward your petition to consulate where your fiance lives. Good luck!

CSC HAVE APPROVED 28 I129-F WITH NOA1 DATE OF MARCH 26 BY IT SELF ON YESTERDAY.... GOOD JOB!!!

Im a late March filer (3/30) and i'm getting excited to see the CSC people getting their approval but then a little sad to see none for the VSC people.

How bout any February people? My fiancee and I are assuming we get approved atleast mid next month or so. Around the 130-140 Day Mark. Is that safe to assume?

Are you at vsc? (sorry, can't see that, since i am on my phone). If so, don't count on next month. Right now they are still working on January and keep telling people that their 5 months processing timeframe actually means 5 months plus 30 days, which is when u can put in a service request. so youd better prepare yourself for a looong wait and expect to get your noa2 at around 170+ days. :(
