ehhh... I argued with my fiance.. This whole process bring the worst out of me.. I think about it 24/7.. Trying not to but I just can't... I know there are couples that haven't seen ther each other for a loooong time... But for each of us being apart is painful, either it is 5 months or a year.. When I think that we will not see each other for at least nother 3 months I'm just so depressed... The RFE cheered me up for a few hours only.. And I just pray to have the interview date ASAP, no after a few months after the approval...

You will be ok, my friend. Just remember why you are doing this: because you love each other enough to go through anything. It will test your relationship like nothing else , but you will survive and give each other a giant hug at the airport!

I want to call them again, but I don't think it will do any good. What I don't understand is that they told my Congressman that I would have it by today. If not I am supposed to follow up with the Congressman. However, when I call they say I need wait 60 days from the date they got the RFE, though that's not what they told the Congressman. I have 30 days in writing. So shouldn't I be able to put in a service request?

Since none of us have gone as far as you have, I don't know if we can answer that. I would call!! Why not? I just did again, and put in yet another service request, even though I was told I'm within normal processing times. Lol.

Which brings up a question: this service request started with different letters. The first one started with TB1. This one starts with ECC. Wonder if that matters? In any case, I again emailed the VSC address with that one, too. I will flood them with my unleashed wrath!

 Everyone knows that 7 months is far beyond normal processing time. If they had ever let me, I would have put a service request every time I called...

And of course we will survive, it is a really hard test but we are going to pass it with flying colors! As your signature says Tigerflower...

They took your service request?

Yes, although it took a bit of arguing. I told her I was now into October. She said, "Ma'am, it's still September." I said, "Listen! Today is Friday. Last working day in September, if you want to call it a working day there. You get to go home to your loved one. I have to wait all weekend and then guess what?? It's OCTOBER. SEVEN MONTHS." She still insisted I was within normal limits. I then argued more, and told her I wanted to put in another service request. She said she would, even though I was within normal processing limits.

Don't be sorry!! I am laughing as well. It is funny, in a sick way. I plan to call every work day at lunch. It really feels good to vent. Even if I get nowhere, it helps to unleash this frustration back at the cause of it all. Who knows, they may get to know when ever "that crazy lady" calls, to just transfer me. They always say, "Oh, I see where you called us..." and I interrupt and say, "Yes, and I'm going to continue to call, and call, and call until this is taken care of! I'm NOT going away!"

This is good you are helping me to prepare for my fight ... I want to wait for the processing day to beyond 3/15 then I will join you in the relentless battle

How did you put in a service request if you are within normal times? They won't ever let me put on it... Do you always talk to a tier 2?

Well, I guess I had them so frustrated and wanting to get rid of me, they did. It doesn't matter, though. I'll just get a letter telling me I'm within normal limits. Normal to what? An Elephant? Don't they have a 3 year pregnancy :ot: ?
