You may laugh... But I was a lifeguard at his community pool... I had been checking him out for about a month before he asked me out haha :) I cannot believe that after I returned home I had e is definitely the love of my life.. We love each other more and more as days pass by... The distance made our relationship a lot stronger... As to the wedding plans... We did not plan anything, as you can see it is impossible with the USCIS. All we know is that we weill have our religious ceremony next year or in two years, so I can bring my parents to the US...

Jayson and I met at an orphan school I volunteered at in Zambia. I don't remember our first meeting, but he does. He says all he could think of s "wow". He volunteered to teach me the local language and he was a worship leader at the church there. We were constantly around each other. I tell people we hit milestones daily in our relationship that normally takes several months to get to in a normal relationship. He knew he had feelings for me right away but in my contract I was not allowed to date because I was only there 6 months. I left after 3 months because we could no longer deny our relationship. It's been 12.5 months since I've seen him. Our wedding plans we're ruined thanks to USCIS so now we are hoping for December, but have no set date. Honeymoon will be had in a cabin somewhere. We will finalize our plans once he arrives. But he said he's had to share me for so long he doesn't want to during the honeymoon. So it's just him and I in a cabin for a whole week. Yay!

This is a fun topic while we await NOA2s

We met online. We both majored in psychology. At first we were just exchanging emails about psych ideas and later on we fell in love. We are totally opposite from each other. He's a vegan and Im a pork lover. At first it was difficult to adjust with each other esp with the big culture difference but love...its unexplanable as they say. As for the wedding no exact date yet..Honeymoon? He's thinking of Hawaii..me, anywhere will do..:) Goodnight Marchies! I'll expect to read some approvals tomorrow morning..:)

I know what you mean here. We also made quick decisions and big steps, which my family didn't like... but this is how it is with long distance relationships. You have to think and act fast to see if things work out or not.. But fortunately they did, for all of us :)

We met online in June 2010 and wrote e-mails for a good while until we were "brave" enough to give each other a call. I still remember the excitement of the first phone call from him... I was so nervous I almost didn't make it to pick up the phone, lol. Luckily I did... and see what this has all lead to :) As for wedding plans, we have set a tentative date for early February. Since we both love road trips and the mountains and nature, we would love to go somewhere in the Rockies, maybe Wyoming, for the honeymoon.

I'm confused... what's with the 90 days?

Since VJ's estimator is so messed up (thanks to VSC's inconsistancy), are we now placing bets as to when we'll get our NoA2's??

I called USCIS this morning (to check on a status request that was due a response today) and the tier 2 rep said it may take 90 days for some sort of action on my case because of their backlog. Plain lies.

That is either a bald-faced lie by the rep, or they have no clue that VSC is actually flying through late March petitions. Of course, they are not doing jack today. It's yet another four day weekend for K-1 petitioners. No wonder it's taking so long. I really fear for the April and May people. I bet they will have theirs sent to CSC by January. It is an election year, so all of those Dreamer petitions and the H caps are being pushed through, and we get pushed to the back of the line.
