11-22-2012 - packet 3 from the Embassy received and sent back

12-06-2012 - interview: approved

12-17-2012 - POE: Washington DC

08-02-2013 - update from USCIS (it may take another 6 months from now due to delays!)

Ahhh, figured it out, Its a jewish holiday today, Rushashawna... (i KNOW i butchered the spelling on that, lol)

Are you talking about this one:

Rosh Hashanah: No work permitted Sunset of September 16 through nightfall of September 18 ???

The government doesn't shut down for this, I don't believe. The next one schedule is Monday, October 8 for Columbus Day.

Something is definitely up, because neither center is doing squat.

Yeah I'm getting kind of tired of telling people I don't know when my love will come to the states. We had a wedding date scheduled for October, but had to push that back because now he won't be here for that date. We are just saying winter sometime we will get married.
