So I just got off the phone once again with USCIS. I asked right away to be transferred to a Tier 2 Rep, who told me they're now working on February 27. He couldn't do a service request, but he offered to do a STATUS REQUEST. Anyone ever heard of that? Anyway, he did that and said I should hear something from the Status Request by September 28. :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

This is just RETARDED! Our congressman contacted the USCIS and their freaking response was "this file in under officer's rewiev. You should hear something in 60 days" 60?!?!?! Are you f** kidding me? I am just crying like a beaver now.. No hope left whatsoever...

I just ran the March 7th cases again over at the USCIS site - Five more March 7 approvals just this afternoon at VSC. Everyone check your numbers.

Don't worry, they say 60 days for the same reason they say they are still working on February 6th. You will hear WAAAYYYY before that!
