No, I was fine the first five months, as I knew it could take that long. But seven is outrageous. I know there are others who are waiting even longer, and my heart goes out to them.

11-22-2012 - packet 3 from the Embassy received and sent back

12-17-2012 - POE: Washington DC

I got a question for the ones whose fiancees native language is not English.

When we filed the first time, i provided a translated birth certificate. I provided an original translation from an accredited translator here locally. Now for her interview (whenever that is) i was reading that she needs to bring translated birth certificate. Does she need a new original translation or can she use the copy of the initial translation?

List increased to 23 Approved today. Its creeping but getting there..

From what i see, the latest approvals on an average are getting approved at 185-188 days
