Anyone who can help me and give me some useful information about my case?

I got married with my USC wife in 2009 and the same year I go my 2 year conditional green card. On April 2011, we filed I-751 together, after that we had serious marrital problems and we are under processing of divorce now. I received interview letter from immigration office on Feb and requested us to show up on Feb. 23. I wrote the letter to immigration office and told them that I want to reschedule my interview date since I am in divorce process now. They agreed that postpone my case to May.

My question is:

Are they going to denied my case and request me appear in front of court if I apply to withdraw my I-751 application and give up my green card? Since I want to return back my my country next year and not coming back anymore. I don't care about denied letter, I just dont want to get deportation from court.

I am confused, if you dont want to return then why do you care about deportation? Why do you wanna withdraw your I-751? cant you work things out with your wife? You can always voluntarily deprot this country, so that you won't get any deportation order. I need more information to advise you further.

You should have your probably expired green card and the extenstion letter, you should turn these in as you leave to an immigration officer with a cover letter stating that you have decided to leave the US without intent of maintain residency. They should then enter this into their computer, at the same time send a letter to immigration that you have departed on such and such a data and surrendered your greencard on exit.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
