It is jointed at the ring.

I see lots of ads for people leasing horses these days not sure how that works. Would the bonding between owner and animal be compromised or maybe someone has been in that kind of situation and can speak to the advantages and disadvantages of such an arrangement.

I think it's all about the money. Some people can't afford the boarding expenses and find it easier to lease.

I reckoned that it had to do with wanting to keep their horse but not being able to devote the time, money or energy for upkeep. Much like Kielbassa gurl.

I could never do such a thing. If anyone wants to ride my horse, I would have to be physically present to oversee things.
