I got this Email from Embassy :( I am really sad why do i have to give them these documents again and again?

please can anyone help me out :(

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are ready continuing processing the case and it is therefore requested to submit the following documents via courier as soon as possible.

- Filled and signed forms DS230 part 1 and 2 (Forms attached) (Sign both forms).

- Current updated contact numbers.

- Original Passports(disregard if your passports are already with us).

Note:- YOU MAY PRESENT A COPY OF PASSPORT IF THE MEDICAL NEEDS TO BE DONE.

I just hope they dont change my preference category to F2b visa because i m 22 years old

are they gonna call me on interview again or what ? :(

i know nothing of your casefile history,

but

it smells like AP is over, and it's been more than a year since the DS-230 was originally submitted into NVC.

So, the IV unit asking for this, now?

It's a good thing, IMO.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Because they EXPIRED. It's actually good news, it might mean they're ready to issue your visa.

If your medical examination was over 6 months ago, then you'll have to do it again too.

CR1 Visa

USCIS STAGE: 16 days No expedite request but USC residing abroad
NVC STAGE: 19 days from case # to case complete
03/27/12: interview at Paris embassy - APPROVED
04/12/12: POE San Diego

ROC
01/15/14: sent I-751 application

05/14/14: received card production notification by e-mail, approval date 05/13

Naturalization

02/01/24: N-400 submitted online; Biometrics reuse notice received immediately online; "case being actively reviewed" after a couple hours

02/09/24: received NOA1 by mail

02/10/24: received biometrics reuse notice by mail

04/08/24: interview scheduled for 05/14. Received "We have taken an action in your case" email.

05/14/24: approved at interview, same-day oath ceremony in San Francisco 🥳 🇺🇸

 

Passport

06/10/24: application submitted at post office for passport book and card, paid for expedited processing and shipping

06/24/24: received email notification that passport was approved, then shipped with tracking number

06/25/24: passport received

our friends in this forums send DS-230 over year & they dont file new one they interview .

my be they want new one from u coz u done ur interview & all documents in embassy over one year

any way dont worry & GOOD LUCK :thumbs:

i also got sae email 2 weeks before and i send these documents,,,they told me that contact with us when ur priority date is current ...so dont worry Inshallah we will get our visa's soon

Got ds 3032 :23 March 2010

Interview : 09-09-2010 Result :Administrative Processing

In december 2010 priority dates retrogessed and wait priority date current again in

MARCH 2012 2nd

Medical submit :07 March 2012 Result :Administrative Processing

3rd Medical submit :28th Feb 2013 Result Administrative Processing

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

on 12th MAY Went for finger prints and oath :21th May Result :ApprovedVisa Issued :22.05.2014

 

visa Issued Today after 3 years 8 months and 13 days

Green Card fee paid : 05/06/2014

Poe :17/06/2014

Ssn Received :27-06-2014

Green Card Produced and Mailed :07/22/2014

Got 10 YEAR Green Card :25/07/2014

Send req docs as soon as possible ...may be u will get ur visa soon..and 1 thing most important 1st see ur old ds230 1 and 2 ...before filling ds230 if u done any mistake then they will put u in Ap so avoide it .....

I don't think they would ask for your passport if they weren't going to issue your visa. Get everything they asked for and update the expired documents. CHEER UP! :yes:
