We have BOTH been publicly judged by Sir Prancealot now. Us fellow "abbrasive(sic) arses" need to stick together. LOL

I just wanted to comment on it since, in my experience, no one comes to your defense against this chopf##k.

I am not SirLancelot's bets friend, true. But he is right on with this post. Just read that incredibly immature link he posted and any of Andy's numerous other inane posts.

Devilette (and perhaps PlatyPius),

I hate to tell you this, but I think you've entirely missed the point of SirLancelot's post. While he acknowledges butting heads with Andy in past posts, he actually is chuckling and congratulating Andy in this case... He's expressing something positive, bless his heart, not something negative. :)(F)

That's all fine and dandy, but amazingly enough, some people get rather upset when they are called abrasive arses and whatever else it was he called me a couple of months ago. I'll debate people's opinions, or tell them if I think they're doing something stupid, but even *I* - the original misanthropic b@stard - won't post an uninitiated attack on someone, telling them I hate them and that they're an #######.

I mean, come on.... I'm a crusty, grumpy old fart, but I almost told VJ to go #$%! itself after his attack on me. In the end I just changed my name and decided to never be helpful again. Sadly, all I have is the name change, as I can't help posting something helpful every once in a while.

With SirPratalot? Not a chance in hell. I'm a Cancer. I hold grudges to the grave.

That's too bad. Seems like a lot of wasted time and energy to me...but your choice, certainly. I guess Aquarians are more flexible that way... :) Where it's possible--and I think it is in this case--I'd always rather have harmony with someone that hurt me in the past. Forgiveness is a process, true enough. But letting go of anger and resentment frees you up to direct that same energy in more productive and positive ways. Well, just think about it. Maybe you'll change your mind. Again, if not, totally up to you. :star:

Anyway, I have a lot of good friends who are Cancers. I'm not big into astrology as a way of life, but I do find there are some interesting tendencies. For example, my fiancé's an Aries...and true to form, he can be a real hothead!:lol: But I love him!! (L) He says he's become more patient and calm as a result of our relationship. Good thing!!:yes::lol:

Everyone has their flaws and foibles. Everyone--regardless of astrological designation--says and writes things that in retrospect they pro'ly shouldn'ta. And everyone--regardless of astrological designation--gets their feelings banged up sometimes. But you know, grace is a beautiful thing. When I screw up (and I've done so royally on more than one occasion), I am always very relieved when I hear the words, "It's o.k. It's over and done." Do unto others is all I'm trying to say... :)(F)

Hahah.. So you're Cian... Now I get it.

PlatyPius meant as much as xonrwoewrihn to me--which is to say it meant absolutely nothing to me. I had no idea who PlatyPius was, so I thought it was strange to have that attack on me. Cian? Now I understand the unwarranted attack.

All you do is attack people Cian. Now I recall why I said you were an abrasive #######. You attack people who are not fluent in English and offer unsolicited grammer lessions.

That stupid "abbrasive (sic)" comment was another lame ####### attack.

If you have nothing better to do in your life than to post lame ####### grammer correction posts on VJ, then your life is rather pathetic, isn't it?

At any rate, I can certainly hold a grudge as long as you can. If you want to continue with your unwarranted attacks, I can certainly continue rebutting.

Kirsten is a nice person by nature and she uses diplomacy to resolve issues. Me? I'm a #######-for-tat kind of guy. You want to be an #######? I'll treat you like one.

That's all fine and dandy, but amazingly enough, some people get rather upset when they are called abrasive arses and whatever else it was he called me a couple of months ago.
