Hello,

I am a US Citizen, and i would like to bring my youngest brother who is 16 yrs old from Morocco to US. so far i've seen many answers but not making any sense. I've heard stories that process could take up to 10 years, and some mentioned it take 12 months, i am confused.

If anyone have the same experience would you please share it.

Aaron is correct.

Your other options are to petition for your parents, and when they are over here, they can petition for him, or to get him a student visa, but that will only be for a few years and not lead to a greencard.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
