Addresses on the i-130

I am filling out the i-130 form and have a question about the address sections.

I am currently living with my wife in Portugal (I am the USC) where we have been living together for the past year.

After we file the i-130 it is highly likely I will go to the USA at some point during the time it takes to process and complete the rest of the application so I can begin to look for work and find a place to live.

On section B2 of the i-130, am I right to put in my current foreign address? Given that I am still living here and will be living for some time after submitting the i-130?

After we file the i-130, if I move to the USA will I need to notify USCIS that my address has changed?

For part C18, the intended address in the USA, I am going to put my my Mothers address as we do not have an address in the USA, I presume this is OK?

For part C21, the last address we lived together and the dates, I should leave the date open ended as I am not sure when exactly I will be leaving to move back to the usa?

It's ok to use your current foreign address. If you are fortunate, it will be adjudicated quickly; other VJ members have recently reported that petitions being adjudicated stateside where the petitioner resides abroad have been adjudicated rather quickly.

For the end date, you would write "Present."
