Just an update I keep calling and speaking with Tier 2 everyday :lol: Oh god, they must hate me if they have call logs.

Tier 2: Congratulation, your case is approved.

ChetT: Is it on the June 12 ?

Tier 2: Correct.

ChetT: I know that my case is needed to have supervisor approval, is it done yet ?

Tier 2: Let me repeat. You passed English and civic test and has been approved. Is there anything else? ( I think he is thinking what a ####### :lol: )

ChetT : That's all. Have a good day. I'll call again this Friday.

This wait is killing me too, i called this morning and they said that they have up to 120 days to final approval, it just sounded like a script that she was reading, i then called the agent that did my interview, i had her number because she called me right after the interview to request me to bring back my passport, she did not make copies, anyways, i called her, she remember me, and asked me for my A#, told me that they were a little backed up on scheduling and that they have 1 ceremony this comming friday that is already full, and that next week they have 2 ceremonies, one on thursday and one on friday, and that i should be looking at one of those, my concern is that the case status still shows as scheduled for interview stage, and she also mentioned that it is still pending final review, i dont understand what that means, according to this forum it has to be reviewed by a supervisor, but the person that interview me was a supervisor herself, she told me so and on the N-652 it says her first name and last name and it shows SISO next to it, from what i been reading online SISO stands for Supervisory Immigration Service Officer, anyways, i cant wait to see the letter show up in the mail, or at least a case update on the website.

Don't worry they did the same thing to me .My status showing that was scheduled for interview.My oath ceremony is tomorrow in Oakland.

Stll under initial review. Called USCIS last week and they said it takes an average of 5 months at New Orleans...and to call back if not heard anything by then. Been chatting with an April New Orleans filer who is already scheduled for interview....so I guess I'm just unlucky. Oh and the lady I talked to had to ask if I did my bio....obviously not showing on the system....I didn't get a touch online after bio was done either. Just gotta wait and see!

I had my interview this week and I PASSED. She handed me my Oath Ceremony Letter (07/20/2012) and my Approval Letter before I left the Immigration office.

You'll receive your interview letter after 2 or 3 days from the day it was sent that email, (June 22 or 23 top). I received mine on the third day. Let me know when and what time you'll have your interview, Mine is gonna be on July 23 at 11:00 am (Monday), and I'm curious if they do oaths ceremonies on Mondays, considering the time of my interview, I doubt it but who knows.
