We just sent ours in on March 1st under 319(b) to the Phoenix lockbox. The Nebraska lockbox is for those filing under 319(b) who are military/dependents.

Pardon my know-it-allness. From what I've read all the 319(b) applications make it to Nebraska. :bonk: I was only going from what it specifically said in the N-400 Instructions.

And we are requesting to have the interview and oath in Honolulu.

Sorry for the multiple post confusion. I filed with the AZ lockbox.

I'm mailing mine today, but confused as to what lockbox, I've read on here that everyone seems to send their 319(b) to Nebraska and I'd also read elsewhere that you send it to Arizona but it ends up in Nebraska anyways, agh decisions decisions :-D
