K1 adjustment of status -- lost medical papers

I am gathering documents to get a green card for my wife. Unfortunately, I failed to communicate to her the importance of bringing all the papers to US, and, while the birth certificate was express mailed by her parents, we do not have her immunization records (or any medical records).

What are our options?

I talked to a (one) civil surgeon, she said it would be easier to find the documents. Tomorrow, she will talk to her parents again and ask them to go through the papers she left for the second time.

I also emailed the consulate, but they only sent me an automated response about high volume of requests.

The deadline is in a month.

Thanks.

if can't find from medical, what about originals from hospital / doctor? Then just have them translated.

She will call the hospital tomorrow.

The problem with the hospital is that it is on the other side of the country, and her parents can not get there.

I will let you know how it goes.
