Hello,

My fiance is a US citizen and I am of Swedish nationality.

We have just decide to go for the K1 Visa.

Both his and my family and friends is based in Europe and because it is far for them to travel would we like to decide a wedding date in advance.

But off course we can't plan any wedding date until we receive the Visa because we don't know the exact date we'll receive it.

So I want to ask if anyone know if we would be in any trouble if we have a "fake" wedding ceremony? so we can invite our families with enough notice but we do NOT sign any paperwork so we don't really get married and as soon as we receive the Visa me and my fiance get married with a wedding certificate.??

Another question is:

While we are waiting from the day we file the I-129f until I receive the K1 visa, can I go to the US and visit him as much as I want? (of course follow the rules of the Visa waiver program)

And how many days can I go for next time if I already used 50 days this year on the Visa waiver program??? Do I only have 40 days left or do I get 90 new days every time I leave the country?

I also have a B1/B2 Visa since I was working at sea. Can I enter on that???? Don't really know how that visa works?? If I need any paperwork to enter with it?

Does anyone know??

Thanks!!!
