Hi

I love this site,,, it has helped answer so many questions!

I am a UK national engaged to a USC. We plan to file for K1 visa soon and as we already know my fiance is low income we need a co-sponsor.

I read just recently something that worried me, I read that some consulates dont accept co-sponsors for the I-134 on K1 visa, is this true and if so does anyone know if London does?

My USC has not found work because it is more important for us to be together and that means he stays with me for 5 months a year. Once in America he could potentially work, could a letter stated he intends to get employment help?

Also my potential co-sponsor may be relying on household income. Now I know that with I-864 for AOS you can also complete a household contract. Is there anything like this for the I-134?

Thankyou
