My sister in law priority day is 29 November 2009 f2a

So may visa bulletin show 15 nov 2009 so it's mean my sister in law priority date is not current ? We have to wait for next visa bulletin I mean June 2012 visa bulletin

I was the one who support your claiming utilizing f2a visa issue and sent email to oppeibheim, senator, refferences you have given in the forum.

I just want to make sure that NVC WILL utilizing the all f-2a visa in every months qoata base, in the end year we will see big different like last year.

If may2012 f2a current wont receive interview letter by april 30th, there will be delaying visa issuing which could be slow for pd 2010-2011.

NVC was doing great job until April vb to sent interview letter to given enough time for preparation.

I am hoping people will receive interview date by monday..

Note: Delaying visa issuing mean wasting visa numbers.

absolutely right....and if any of our friends dont get visa interview we should consider this as wastage of f2a visa or something is wrong with dos or nvc...but i hope that will not be the case this time....

Hi guys, i have been following this site for some time now ans i must say that this is a really helpful way to pass time and boost hope to us who've been longing to be wih our family. So thank you.

I need your help guys. My pd is current for May 2012 vb, oct 29 2009. I still havent recieved the interview letter. But the thing is, last year when my pd became current, we hqve submitted all the documents needed but as we all know the pd retrograte. Now that my pd is current again, do we hqve to come up with the documents again? Tax/W-2, visa pictures, etc? Will they inform us via mail along with the interview if those documents are needed? Thanks

That's actually my question. Aren't those documents already with them since it was already submitted? Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificate, Visa Photos, Police Report, and AOS & taxes? Does it mean that i would have to get a hold of them again?

Technically the only docs you would need to resubmit are your medical, police record and tax returns/transcripts (if a year has passed (for you 2011 tax papers)). To be on the safe side bring along any other document that you had sent in prior (you don't want to chance what NVC has/hasn't sent to the embassy or consulate regarding your case).

You will receive a check list also with interview letter that what documents you have missing or bring at interview time.

So just relax. You will be fine. Please let us update when you receive interview email.

Hi Kahl, Nice to meet you my PD is Oct 30 , dont worry! NVC will send a check list along with the invitation letter and in that check list they will exactly say that which documents must be submited to the embassy on the date of your interview.

Now just hope that we would receive the invitation letter by Mionday

there is another delay... i studied dis month interview dates on my consulates websites.. f2a dates are after 15 and they gave 30 days after i/l...so i t can be 2 or 3 days more delay...may be i m wrong....
