Finally, I'm Current. I was praying so hard that it won't freeze. I hope we could get the interview schedule by Monday so could prepare for my medical exams already. CONGRATS to us Neo and others. I hope for a smooth interview for all of us. No AP. No delays.

Congratulation walu for being current for the next month. This is weird that NVC HAVEN'T schedule interview yet. I wouldn't dissapoint you but have a feelings. Recently, EB category for indian and china dramatically advance to 2 years. Unfortunately No one hasn't receive approval of i485. USCIS also noted they are still accepted I485 application through month of April and they wont approve the application because of visa number availability.

I am pointing this to which similar happening in F2A too, Dramatically NVC STARTED sendibg ds 3032 for pd jan/feb/march 2011. These activities of NVC brought me some attention.

For USCIS, they have receive more than 50k i485 application last two months from india and china applicant. Now I am also guessing NVC TOOK same path to make money.

The only reason I am saying that friend of mine had pd 2008 and case was completed before the retrogression, and did'nt receive interview in back 2010. I clearly remember that he called the NVC, NVC gave him same answer "call back 1st of the month".

Please do not take this seriouse. It just my feelings. If I hurt somebody's feeling, please ignore this post.

congrates to all whose pd is current ....

politely i dont agree with ur thought....There is a difference between this time f2a and last time f2a movement...we are here to know whether dos is moving cutoff dates with nterviews or not...we have seen that all the members whose pd is before cutoff dates have been scheduled for interviews...(except may 2012 vb)....so there cannot be compairison between this f2a movement and 2010 f2a movement....

one more thing in the past when cutoff dates are carried forward whithout scheduling interviews whether due to not completion of bulk of cases or due to any other reason not giving (pds before cutoff dates)interviews,we have seen retrogession....but this time it is not possible for f2a...

But we all should be careful and unite here...so that we know what they are doing...so plz be unite...

So may visa bulletin show 15 nov 2009 so it's mean my sister in law priority date is not current ? We have to wait for next visa bulletin I mean June 2012 visa bulletin

I was the one who support your claiming utilizing f2a visa issue and sent email to oppeibheim, senator, refferences you have given in the forum.

I just want to make sure that NVC WILL utilizing the all f-2a visa in every months qoata base, in the end year we will see big different like last year.

If may2012 f2a current wont receive interview letter by april 30th, there will be delaying visa issuing which could be slow for pd 2010-2011.

NVC was doing great job until April vb to sent interview letter to given enough time for preparation.

I am hoping people will receive interview date by monday..

Note: Delaying visa issuing mean wasting visa numbers.

Kumbahara please do some research.
