How about 2010 pds.what do you guys think there is any chance thet VB will move forward more fast then 2009.??

honestly, no one know's... unless you know the the wife of charles oppenheim personally (the chief visa officer)... and i doubt even he know's for sure!..

I have spoken and paid many immigration lawyers over here and they too cannot predict!! no matter how big their network database or anything about their clients....

It's simple even USCIS doesn't know or may be something else...

One of a very reputed lawyers who I paid 200 bucks just to get a consult (20 minute)... and i am not that rich! said that she has stopped looking at the VB predictions... she just add's years based on category to any predictions..

all we can do over here in this forum is to keep faith and sight tight!...

I guess May 2012 pd will move until Dec 22 2009

I just hope soon we get to see 2010 and hope the movement is much faster for the 2010 cases...it will be such sigh of relief....

Ricardo is correct pd is current, you could have articulated your frustrations (we all have that with this process) in a different fashion rather than the expletives.. rule of thumb! when you drink - never ever drive a car and never comment on the internet! not that i am saying you did!!!... just an obscure thought :-)

It really is frustrating to wait, we've been waiting for so long as well,...

but it pays to be nice to everyone here, to share and get some needed

help and info from one another, we are all waiting here,

so why put your frustrations on the board, just sit tight and pray...

hi friends again this is qasir i can predict that may vb will be Jan 1 2012 my pd is may 10 2010 possible will become current in July or august what you people thing. i heard after the july 2010 f2a fillers are very high volume has been reported that"s why the pd will become again slow after July

trust me friend i am breaking the heart of those who are after that period but i don't want to be appointment's to my friends who going to be become optimistic inshllah GOD Will do it better

Betting for DeC.22,2009 for the next VB. I think it will go fast till June 2010 PD's. It's not a secret that A lot of GreenCard holders were encouraged to file for a petition back in July 2010 till December 2010 when a sudden speed in VB's movement took place.

But you would hope that by the time mid 2010 becomes current, about half of of the filers will be citizens and can upgrade their petition and not use up precious numbers My thinking is as follows, please correct me if you see a problem:

Let's divide the filers into groups based on how long they had green cards:

0-1 year

1-2 years

2-3 years

3-4 years

4-5 years

Now the last two groups will become US citizens by this summer, so we can take them out. My hunch is that the first group is relatively small, since if they knew they were planning on getting married, they would have done it before getting the greencard. So then we're just left with (mostly) the second and third group.

Don't worry! We all are in the same boat. No one can predict the PD. So just relax have faith! Just keep looking at the section "VISA AVAILABILITY IN COMING MONTHS" that appears after few months in the monthly Visa Bulletin.

i have certain bases for future prediction...but its upto us whether we rely on uscis data for number of receipt of applications...

i have monthwise information of filing....(but the filing includes all the family categories not only f2a)

AS we can see the filing in august and september 2009 is less...so we noticed a good 2.5 month jump....and this will continue upto march 2010.....then it will slow a bit means around 1.5 months or 1 month per month.....

so as per data i can predict the may 2012 cut off date will be 15th dec 2009...
