Guys lets look from positive side.comparing this year and 2011 uscis already clearing cases almost in 1.2 month.before uscis clearing in max 6 month.in my opinion that uscis and nvc trying to ajust all cases for do not have any retrogression.i don't think that they don't have anymore visas available.im not sure when and from where i sow or heard that,ther is a some conversation between Congress about F2A category what they trying make only F2A same as citizens,so visa become available right after ds and aos fee done.my point is maybe its good sign for now or maybe not.but im thinking why they already star sending DS and Aos fees for 2011 pds if they still have 2010 in coming.one or to people its ok,but i got mine 2011 jan,after me got my friend 2011 Feb.what about this.??correct me friends if something i understand not right. God with us guys

i dont unsderstand what this numbers mean ??

I think it will move.i guess they don't now exactly how much forward to jump.maybe they still looking to how much go forward to complete monthly limit.i have good filling about this month,that they gonna surprise us about big movement,that's why they don't give out any information when we calling.i wish my fillings becomes true.i really hope hope and hope

let us think calmly .. & if i m worng in this think plz tell me ... we agree VB will movement .. whatever this movement slow or jump ok

& our friend here Vishav his PD 15oct09 that mean only one week movement so if VB will movement a minimum 2 week that mean Vishav was know his interview .

so there is no relationship between movement VB & NVC dont tell us or interview via phone

something else (F1,F3,F4) too dont have any news yet

so if really VB will not movement for F2A .

is it possible that the rest also not movement ???

in addition last VB they dont note any thing about F2A but thy note to F4

this my simple thinking .

First of all i would like to pay thanks to pilapila for this complements. vashu my friend i think he is from India i am qasir not qadir yes i am right one of my family members has their category is f4 and their pd is dec 01 2000 and their interview has not been set up yet as of April 5 so the thing is that we for understand its not possible freeze all category for in a same month i am still quite reasonable sure that system of national visa center has been changed by dos that's why they are not able to give any interview information prior to visa bulletin published. A full utilization of fscal year visa in April story is just a story trust me some technical reason its not possible they make set UP of allocation visa every fscal year visa number on quarterly basis one of my friend is very right 2 ND quarter has just started from April and will be end in jun in my yesterday post i gave you very strong references about the dos working style on visa bulletin check October 2011 Feb 2012 and April 2012 they mentioned every thing in advance about some possible movements for f2a and in April f4 for China main land born i think we should relax and try to avoid putting our self on stress let see an wait whats going on tomorrow Fri 6 Inshllah WE all will see very dramatic news tomorrow or on Monday April 9Th

My friend I understand your feelings. please do not get too much into may 2012 vb. Leave everything on God and keep move on. even pd move forward, there is no guarantee that you will receive interview this month, nvc will come up with different way to say interview will schedule fromm next month,.,..

i dont think my dear NVC say interview will schedule from next month .

coz thy must give who inetrview current in May speace time to prepare his doucmnt

but i think they start tell schedule interview after VB out .

My friend from Chittagong why your are not understand brother nvc cant schedule interview for same month in which they send letters they always allow to applicant quite reasonable enough time for preparing like documents medical traveling arrange to reach the consulate that's why if they have visa number defiantly the will schedule it just after the visa bulletin publish officially on dos web site neo is 100% right

I seen alots member here didn't receive interview date right after case completed by NVC back in 2010. I was one of them, even my pd was current at that time. I am not putting any negative impact in this forum, I would love get interview on month MAY too..
