It's not possible at all? Do you have any idea how visa allocation work? Please don't create unnecessary stress or panic!

I am not creating stress just telling my guess. There is no need to be panic just seeing other people's view.

You may have better idea than me. Can you tell me is it impossible to finish all 114,200+(some)F2A visas before the end of fiscal year.

Do they divide this by 12 to equally distribute on each month or how ? Please share if you have idea about this.

I don't think that's the reason why no one has received interview letters, since no category (F1, F2A, F2B, F3, F4) has received interview letters yet. Following your reasoning, that would mean that every single category ran out of visas. And I don't think that's the case :)

i completely disagree with the previous poster saying that NVC have already used all of visa for this fiscal year. This is my GUESS. I believe the reason why we have bulletin every month is to be fare with everyone. "IF" they give it all the visa at once they take the chance of someone who needs a visa in the future month. HOW? every month there is ppl becoming USC therefore they dont need to wait for a visa and believe when i tell you this USCIS wants to make money. Anyways this is my guess. Good luck everyone,

Visa numbers are allocated on a quarterly basis, so yes, it is impossible that this year's visa numbers would already have been used up.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony

If visa numbers are allocated on a quarterly basis then how come they have used all numbers? We just got a new quarter (April - June).

I searched a lot on google y'day about May 2012 predictions by Mr Oppenheim for F2A and could not find anything. I don't think so he has predicted anything about the FB categories except for EB2 category..

The NVC has changed their process definitely so I would suggest to wait until the VB is out..We all with PD Feb 2011 have got our the fee bill in March so I'm sure the NVC has taken into consideration about the visa numbers availability and forward movement..

So, kindly wait for the VB and pray to GOD..

I said it's IMpossible, but yes I agree with you, we should wait for the Visa Bulletin.

For Mr Oppenheim's prediction, see for instance http://www.immigration-information.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16838

Guys lets look from positive side.comparing this year and 2011 uscis already clearing cases almost in 1.2 month.before uscis clearing in max 6 month.in my opinion that uscis and nvc trying to ajust all cases for do not have any retrogression.i don't think that they don't have anymore visas available.im not sure when and from where i sow or heard that, ther is a some conversation between Congress about F2A category what they trying make only F2A same as citizens,so visa become available right after ds and aos fee done.my point is maybe its good sign for now or maybe not.but im thinking why they already star sending DS and Aos fees for 2011 pds if they still have 2010 in coming.one or to people its ok,but i got mine 2011 jan, after me got my friend 2011 Feb.what about this.??correct me friends if something i understand not right. God with us guys
