the amount of stupidity in this thread is astounding. albeit not from all members, some actually think and post rationally. WHY are so many posting and MISINTERPRETING random ####### from umpteen websites ? AILA is a recognized body and website and go by what is posted there and what Joe referred to and STOP ALL THIS NONSENSE.

First of all the Openheimer guy has limited knowledge(remember when he said F2A will be current couple of years back)then there are some junk lawyers writing some random stuff based on interpretations of a guy who himself may be wrong :)

Relax guys I am sure there will be movement of 2-3 months in the next few months.. if there isn't one what are you going to do about it apart from scratching your head. I Come here to get(Mostly)/pass(rarely)information not to pass on unneeded stress over things we have no control over.. just saying.

I don't believe that up to July the PD would be 08Oct09 for F2A..

I don't believe as well; from what i read in the posted website links, can't see anything that points to the effect that F2A will freeze for May 2012 bulletin.

It will likely move for over two months to a date in December 2009.

I do feel the same. The Website edited and posted that up to 2.5 months of advancement is expected for F2A category from April VB date of Oct 8, 2009.

Initially the website published 2.5 months for F2A, now they included a word "up to 2.5"

I am hoping for the positive movement.

Guys, please before posting something read the website carefully and enter ur comments.

You guys are stressing yourselves for no reason

http://watsonimmigration.wordpress.com/ never said that there would be no movement for the categories they listed. You are misinterpreting what was said (could be because your English isn't strong).

Funny, I did have a dream last night that it was Dec 2009, I did not want to wake up.

attention attention:

I have a suggestion. Last friday I mailed NVC with this inquiry: Has my case been scheduled for interview! Still, no answer! Why? easy, cuz they can't lie but they don't wanna provide me information regarding the possible future visa bulletin.MAIL is a written information, it's a document so they can't lie. That's why they didn't respond. I am gonna call NVC now and ask them the same question I'll let you know about their reaction.

I just submitted my DS-230 forms and AOS form last week and I called the NVC to make sure that they have received them. The operator told me that your case is completed today. Is it possible that they reviewed my docs in just 3-4 days and it's complete. I double checked with him..Really, is it complete? Pretty soon..

He said yes it's complete..He said the visa numbers not available as my PD is Feb 2011. I told him I knew about that..Nothing new..

F2A PD 9th Feb 2011

Case completed at NVC

Spouse has B2 visitor visa and successfully visited USA twice.

HI friends after very closing monitoring of your comments and AILA PAGE i found the conclusion that you all are looking in rush and because of anxiety which is true i can understand you all missed two or three very important thing i would like to remind you any body remember this kind of the article published in end of dec 2010 regarding the AILA Conference and Mr chief controller of the dos visa section gave his view like prediction that some of the family base category like to become retrogression in the coming months visa bulletin but fortunately the f2a ones is not going to effect but you know what happened it backed almost 2.5 year in Jan 11 visa bulletin that was jan 08 and in Feb 11vb it backed one more year it was Jan 07 one is example of the credibility of this prediction. more over i would like to share that in April visa bulletin they only said something about f4 and further classify that china man land could be slow or stop on some point they never say any thing about any other category instead of it the given advance notification on Feb visa bulletin about all category and for f2a says movements could be 1 to 2 month one thing is very important that only the state department side is credible in-spite of others now i come to another a very important point if we believe on this AILA Article it did not says that movement is going to stop for three month and will remain same freeze on October 08 if you read it again carefully it say the movement would be possible up to 2 to 6 month from April 09 doesn't meant it will remain stuck on same date till July mean it can move up to 2 to 6 month mean may be every bulletin till July move this pace now please relax and avoid crating panic and discouraging to each other and wait visa bulletin its quite and reasonable possibility is their they schedule interview after visa bulletin published because i think they have change their system same they change in AVR now keep the hope and lift it high please i am in same boat with you my wife pd is may 10 2010 have nice day
