I don't know what's going on here..Then why the NVC is sending the fee bill for the PD in 2011 if it is not going to move..

They allocate immigrant visa numbers by quarter and April has just started so I do not believe they have used all the numbers for this quarter..

guys this web site inaccurate coz it's says for april VB after it published :

For all countries except India, China, Philippines, and Mexico: F2A preference has advanced 78 days to priority date (PD) 8 October 2009

say that when april VB is published

how can i believe it for predictions ?

Guys relax, if you read carefully you would realize that the 'second source' is saying that the categories they mentioned aren't stuck but instead the categories that people are asking questions (worried) about. They (writers) said they are going to wait until the get the evidence (VB) BEFORE they address whatever issue people of those categories are having.

I would suggest to contact the admin of both the websites to find out the truth..

I knew about the EB2 category since last few days..

http://murthy.com/nflash/nf_032912.html

I generally follow Murthy Law Firm's predictions and they only posted about the EB2 category and did not mention anything about other categories so I do not think so other categories will be frozen..

I too wish the information is wrong...

Just googled and found another website..

Guys please check this

http://www.jackson-hertogs.com/news/2012/20120330.shtml

Department of State announced at an AILA meeting that the May 2012 visa bulletin will be issued on Friday, April 6. The bulletin will include a cut off date for EB2 India and China of August 15, 2007. USCIS will continue to accept filings through the month of April honoring the May cut off. No other categories were delineated. It is expected that categories will advance again as of October 1, 2012 when the new fiscal year commences.

I think only EB2 India and China will retrogress and other categories will progress

Be positive guys..

Well, this post quotes the same AILA conference, but suggests up to 2 months movement in F2A. http://www.immigration-information.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16838

I tried to log in to the AILA website to get the exact posting, but they require a membership.

I personally expect 2 months movement.
