If May2012 VB stuck in Oct 08, 2009. It means that they have finished all the F2A visa qoatas. I means 88000 already acquired???

As I believe DoS sould have monthly qoata base to accommodate for whole year, Please correct me, If i am wrong!!

April bulletin does not state anything about possible slow down or no movement at all for F2A. So please calm down. You all will get your interview letters shortly..

Generally, they will predict in the visa bulletin if it is going to move slowly or going to freeze there..So don't worry, folks..
