I m gonna call NVC like in 2 hours! I tried earlier today but failed to reach an operator( heavy volume of calls)...

i knew its pain full to say this but the signs are telling us the story of vb may is going to stuck and and no movement possibly remain same Oct 08 2009 if you remember my friend i share my feeling about may vb stuck last week pd who has October 15 suggest by operator to call us back on may 1st mean you can understand and its April 2nd today very bad very sad for all of us but nothing is in our control my wife pd is may 10 2010

If May2012 VB stuck in Oct 08, 2009. It means that they have finished all the F2A visa qoatas. I means 88000 already acquired???

As I believe DoS sould have monthly qoata base to accommodate for whole year, Please correct me, If i am wrong!!
