A paṇḍit (Hindi; Devanagari: पण्डित; Bengali: পন্ডিত, Sanskrit: paṇḍita) is a scholar, a teacher, particularly one skilled in Sanskrit language, mastered vedic scriptures in the four vedas, Hindu rituals and Hindu law, religion, music or philosophy under a Guru in a Gurukul or tutored under the vedic ancient Guru Shishya tradition of learning. The English loan word pundit is derived from it.

Hey, we know what 'Pandit' means. The point is that you can't be racist here. Anyways, I have reported that comment to the moderator and asked them to ban and remove such comments from here..

It's a sarcastic way to say 'Pandits from India'. You don't have to say a particular race or nationality to reference here... He could have simply said I have seen some posts about the EB category..Why to blame an entire race?

So what does mean pandit in hindi or gujrati or marati means?? Explain??

There is no problem with the word 'Pandit' and the problem is that you said they were from India. You CANNOT be a racist here...
