It's a sarcastic way to say 'Pandits from India'. You don't have to say a particular race or nationality to reference here... He could have simply said I have seen some posts about the EB category..Why to blame an entire race?

and technically is India a race, to be racist wouldn't u go after arace such as asian, black, white etc....

to use a country wouldn't technically be racist cause ppl can say for instance americans are fat, its derogatory but not racist
