Got questions about showing 1) show wedding Photos and photos combined 2) how I got green card after entering US with F1 visa; when he is already eligible for citizenship, why spouse did not apply for citizenship 3) where is spouse now; and when he will return to US 4) when spouse got green card; when marriage happened 5) Why your spouse got divorced with his earlier wife, describe the issues 6) are you interested in going to USA. 7) Who all arranged this arranged marriage.

New Police Clearance certificate is necessary if old one is more than 6 months to 1 year.

DO you guys know whats the timeline getting passport back in courier in India

Congrats kishore, its a good sign that US Embassy issuing f2a visa. I am hoping may2012 vb will be big advance.

I hope interview schedules will be out by Monday US time. If not, I'll be alarmed. It may mean NO movement in the next VB. I'll call first thing in the morning on Monday and hope to share a good news with you. PD Oct.23'09.

If may2012 vb move, you might get an interview email tonight or monday morning. Sometime it take 48-72 hours for updating their system. NVC might started upload the interview letter on late friday night , who knows...
