No they did not yet. They send me a checklist, they are only waiting for my NBI to complete my case. By the way i just turned 18 last march 7.

I did not work abroad or etc. i thought police clearance is enough hehe.

Then you have no problem, seems as soon as you send in your NBI clearance your case would be complete already,

And NVC would schedule you for an interview as soon as possible, considering that your case would be current in the next VB,...

do you think tax 2010 is good enough or I tel my petitioner and join sponsor to send me tax 2011 .

If yes should they send me tax return or tax transcript 2011

Sir, it actually depends on the consul,

Sometimes they ask only for the ITR, and sometimes for the transcripts,

And yes, you need to bring the 2011 ITR,...

well march has 31 days! Their system is computer based won't be updated till the 1st of month!

it depends on consulate free space, thats why some people get interview earlier because their consulate is less busy than others.
