May 2012 Visa Bulletin Prediction

Guessing people are scare to call nvc and dos...i would love to call them but my pd is 4 months away from current vb.

I am calling anyway..

So pls call them and tell us on which dates they are working...

yeah, I just did! After almost 10 minutes of waiting...the operator said they're still working on the cases in JULY!!!!! This is getting us to nowhere, we should find an alternative way to figure out the PDs!

I was just thinking maybe we should stop calling and wait for the interview letter. It seems NVC has changed the policy of giving the interview date through call. Cause what they say clearly indicates that even someone whose PD is like september( which is current in april) will get the same answer that we got from the operator!!!! Or maybe we should wait a couple of more days and wait till it gets april 1st and try again! Maybe they wouldn't inform us before their files are updated on April!

Ever since, I started this GC process all I hear is maybe, perhaps,possibly,could be and that's just a guess.Mentioning it's kinda annoying

Yeah, you're right! Calling wouldn't hurt. But let me be honest every time I decide to call I gain hope and lose it like right after I talk to the operator! It's a bit discouraging...

Relax folks..Do not get anxious so easily..The last month they started sending interview letters around the 1st week of the month..Just wait and as you know that Patience is virtue..

They release the bulletin in advance so that people know how far the PD is moving forward but they do not start working on the 'Upcoming Visa Bulletin' right away. As per March bulletin, they should be working on the cases before 22July09...They will look at April bulletin only from April 1st.

I can understand your frustrations but do not loose hope just because it's getting delayed..I feel that from Friday we should be getting interview letters..

You are welcome to express your feelings, but why do we need to predict, stress ourselves, get disappointed. I agree, everyone is waiting to get thier interviews and this waiting sucks. It is better to be calm and wait, what else we could do???

We should wait till april, think twice! They make sence, we're still in march and asking for the interview dates in may! Where do you think they get the visa bulletin? The same way we do it here. They keep sending interview letters to people by syn chronological order till it reaches the monthly limit. Then they check till what PD has it reached.Then they give out the visa bulletin! That's why it takes till the middle of month! They actually start doing that at beginning of each month!Visa bulletin is not made to inform your interview date, it's made to show where are you in the waiting list. It's designed for those who wanna estimate how long does it take for them to become current. We are just a bit too excited! Nobody's gonna receive anything until april 1st! so chill
