Hi Senior Member, My PD is Jan 07 2011. I am here in US waiting for AOS. I have not got anything after i-130 approval.

Are you doing counselor processing or AOS through USCIS ? Can you share your story please ?

My PD is march 2011.I'll also be applying my AOS in US once my PD is current.Any guess when our PD will be current?Let me know if u have any updates..

She gave me the same answer ! She said we are working on cases before 22 july! I told her that april vb is 8 oct 2009 how come u say 22 july?!!! She said we have march vb! Not april!!

I hate to admit, but the male operators are like much more patient than female sort! I called NVC the other day, a girl named sue picked up and she was about to rip me apart before I can say APRIL VISA BULLETIN!!!! sweet niblets ...=))

I really don't understand nothing about NVC.how come its already October VB but they still working 22 July 2009.i really don't get it.

I already answered your question. You will not receive anything from nvc, you just for ur pd to be current and file for I 485 adjustment of status along with ead and advance parole at uscis local office.

oooh, god! Yeah, next time I'm gonna say I went to peggy sue's for a pizza and you say she's the supervisor!!!!!!!!!!!! Not every sue is the supervisor after all it's pretty much of a common name!

Hey Newbie, are you processing through USCIS or NVC ? My PD is also jan 7 2011. I got i-130 approval after 5 months from the date of filing. After that i have not got anything. Can you please share me your story.

I didn't know there were two ways.. i sent it to USCIS Chicago office. My Pd is Jan 13 2011, got my I130 approval few months back and they said they don't have visa numbers yet and will contact me once they are available.. so far no luck.

Steve my friend its very easy to understand once nvc operator says we are working on july 22 or earlier mean this is month of march if you check the visa bulletin march pd is 22 july 2009 trust me the are well trained and has standard script to which the read once the interview scheduled information is not available when the got the information about next vb interview they will let you know about it or say call on next day that day or other day that's why nothing to worry about it and relax interview schedule likely to become start from this evening and it will continue till 2nd of the next month we are on same boat just pray remember to GOD AND DONT hang out till the interview dates start coming lol

Good answer they cant say that they are working on October until they are the month of April.

Again, my prediction is Feb-10... The f2a category is a very volatile category... anything can happen.

If one looks at the past trends, the f2a category has moved back and forth almost 5 years in one year..

Let's all be positive, and hope that there is a huge jump in the coming bulletins..

i agree..cuz last time when they hit jan.1-2010 they went back to year 2007,may be for back-log clearance.there are not much cases left for 2009,"thats my assumption", i may b wrong but i m hoping for a giant VB jump too,fingers crossed
