Timeline

Again, my prediction is Feb-10... The f2a category is a very volatile category... anything can happen.

If one looks at the past trends, the f2a category has moved back and forth almost 5 years in one year..

Let's all be positive, and hope that there is a huge jump in the coming bulletins..

Hi i am in the same boat as you PD 2011, dont you have to wait for PD to become current to get the AOS papers? I haven't received any communication after I130 approval

What is your PD? Im jan 2011 and is currently working with AOS. Hope you receive yours soom.

Im calling now! She said due to the high volumn of calls you have to wait for 5 minutes , all the operators are busy i almost waited for 10 mints still no operator available!!!!

yes, I called, a man named Frank answered, he said they were working on the cases before JULY!!!!! Oh my god, this is not working.

I think he was in winter sleep lol

my friend we start call NVC begin 27 from evry month to 2 , 3 or 4 next month usually they stand up for our calls until 30 or 31 this month :D:D:D

Hey Newbie, are you processing through USCIS or NVC ? My PD is also jan 7 2011. I got i-130 approval after 5 months from the date of filing. After that i have not got anything. Can you please share me your story.

I already answered your question. You will not receive anything from nvc, you just for ur pd to be current and file for I 485 adjustment of status along with ead and advance parole at uscis local office.
