Please don't start... Why is it necessary to START calling the NVC..?

IF you have an email address on FILE.. then you will be notified electronically..

IF you do not have an email address on FILE then you will get a land mail/post.

Did anyone try to talk to an operator that why the 24/7 automated response system is not working? I called them and informed about this and they told me it would be on after business hours from Friday..But it's still not working..

When you call them please let them know about it..
